Compliance

THE shows zero tolerance toward corruption, violations of the principles of fair competition and other breaches of the law. But compliance means much more than just adhering to laws and to the regulations described in the Triangle Group Business Code of Ethics Guidelines. Compliance forms the basis for all our decisions and activities, and it is the key to integrity in conducting business. In addition to combating corruption and competition violations, the Compliance Department also protects our company against fraud and money laundering as well as safeguards personal data. THE has adopted a whistle blowing system that allows any of our employees or business partners to address any concerns regarding any breaches to laws or regulations. Please find below instructions to our whistle blowing system.

Whistle Blowing System

In accordance to the compliance management system within THE, the company has implemented a whistle blowing system to ensure concerns about unethical or corrupt practices are reported. The system allows the reporting of potential or actual breaches of any internal or external regulations that may cause damage to the company, its staff or its business partners. Both, employees of THE or any of external partners, can use this system to report any severe breaches related to regulations. The type of reports to the system are for example, but not limited to, bribery, breaches of anti-trust and competition laws or violations of accounting systems, in addition to other HR integrity issues.

The whistle blower system will allow for processing reports and taking relevant and appropriate actions and sanctions whenever needed. THE commits to dealing with any reports received through the system fairly, transparently and confidentially. The system assures that the fair, transparent and confidential treatment is granted to both the whistle blower and the individuals affected by any accusations.

If you have any evidence or indications that THE, its employees or its business partners are severely breaching any regulation or law kindly report it using the below contact details.

Please note that it’s a good idea to provide any form of contact details whenever you report your concern to allow us to clear any inquiries or questions. Anyhow, you can choose to remain anonymous provided that adequate evidence is provided.

THE is committed to protect both the whistle blowers and those affected by the accusation through all processes of investigation.
THE may not process reports that do not contain the adequate evidence or information.
