  1. Air Audits
    1. Compressed air audits are an effective way to identify your current energy use and to assess your compressed air needs.
    2. As well as carrying out an audit of your compressed air system, you should also include regular checks for air leaks in your maintenance routines too.

Air audits can be as simple or as comprehensive as you require. A data-logging unit is attached to each compressor in your network for a fixed period of time. The results from the audit can then be used to analyse, for example, your air pressure requirements, power consumption and flow rate.

Our engineers can then provide recommendations that will help you to select the right size and mix of fixed and regulated-speed compressors. The compressed air audit may also identify if you need to switch to a new, more efficient machine, carry out further network improvements or pipework upgrades or if your compressor requires better control. We can then advise on any improvements that you can make to your network to help reduce leaks and, save money.

Oil Sampling
1. Oil Sampling and analysis can identify problems in the earliest stages which can keep downtime to a minimum, reduce repair cost and ensure optimum energy efficiency.
2. Detailed analysis reports will give information regarding external contamination, which will give an insight to the ambient conditions that affect the lubricant and running of the compressor, or internal contamination that would give an early warning regarding malfunctioning of components. We will provide an easy to read report that include: when to sample again, what parameters are abnormal and possible steps you need to amend any abnormality with your lubrication

Equipment failure mostly stems from a lack of proper maintenance. To avoid unnecessary costs, Triangle Heavy Equipment oversees critical systems checks and equipment maintenance, as well as engineered component repair, removal and re-installation services.

1. Regular Forklift Maintenance Contract
a. Regular forklift truck inspections planned by Triangle Heavy Equipment and conducted by a specialist technician, in accordance with the manufacturer’s service schedule.
b. Each inspection includes an oil change, lubrication, checks and adjustments, for a pre-agreed price.
c. The inspection report lists the maintenance operations.
d. Triangle Heavy Equipment draws up a parts and labor quotation for any extra work that is recommended in order to optimize the availability of truck and minimize the risk of damage and major repairs.
2. Preventative Forklift Maintenance Contract
a. This is a lift truck maintenance contract with recommended periodic service intervals, aimed at preventing breakdowns.
b. It consists of a complete inspection of all the maintenance items described in the manufacturer’s service manual for a lift truck.
c. The pre-agreed, all-inclusive maintenance price includes truck repair parts, labour and the services of a technician. The daily checks/controls do not form part of the contract.
d. The maintenance report recommends essential repairs that need to be carried out and quotes them separately, allowing better planning for maintenance expenditure, made easier by prior knowledge of the cost, in line with the hourly estimated service schedule.
3. Full Service Maintenance Contract
a. A complete service contract from Triangle Heavy Equipment, allowing the customer to focus completely on their business.
b. Triangle Heavy Equipment agrees with a customer on a “technical” monthly fee, for a period, typically between 36 to 60 months, in line with the hourly service schedule, which covers parts, labor and the services of a technician.
c. The agreement covers all maintenance and repair work. Daily checks and damage repairs following a handling incident or an accident are excluded.
d. The contract can include a tires option.
